4. You'll fill out the full application (don't worry it's only 2 pages long) and get all the supporting documents together (paystubs, picture ID, etc)
5. We'll meet at the house, get the full application from you, you'll have a chance to see the inside of the home, and if you decide you want to go forward, we'll collect the $40 application fee (per person over 18 that will be living there) from you at that time.
6. We'll run our background & credit checks and as long as there are no red flags, we'll make you a written offer which we'll both sign and submit the closing attorney to prepare for closing.
